We are one of the many Hmong churches in the United States affiliated with the Hmong District of the Christian and Missionary Alliance. We are located at 602 Acewood Boulevard, Madison, Wisconsin. Our Sunday Worship Service starts at 1:00 PM. We worship in a mixture of Hmong and English.

We believe that God has a plan and purpose for Victory Hmong Alliance Church to be in the Madison area. We strive to be the shining light to the thousands of Hmong in the Dane County area who do not have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. We strongly believe that God is the solution to humanity's spiritual needs, emotional wounds and broken relationships.

Our Women’s Ministry decided to practice giving instead of receiving this year Christmas. With donations gathered throughout the year, we are to put together 20 baskets for WayForward Resources, a program that assists families with housing needs.
